Last updated: 04/08/2026
These Terms govern your use of the Alpy Studio Figma plugin (“Plugin”). By using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

Publisher: Hakan Ertan
Address: 706 Greene Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221, USA
Email: info@thealpy.studio
2) License
When you purchase the Plugin through Figma, you receive a license to use the Plugin.
Unlimited plan: You may use the Plugin on any project, any client, any product, without seat or project limits, subject to the restrictions below.
3) Restrictions (no resale / redistribution)
You may use outputs created with the Plugin (including variables, styles, and components) in your products and client work.
You may not sell, redistribute, publish, or license the generated outputs as a standalone design system, UI kit, component library, token pack, template, or similar asset (whether free or paid).
In short: use it in products — don’t resell it as a design system asset.
4) Ownership
You own your Figma files and your original work. We do not claim ownership over your designs or files. The Plugin and its code are owned by the publisher.
5) Refunds
Refunds follow Figma’s native refund/return policy for plugin purchases.
6) Support
Support is currently community-only (via the Figma Community listing). We may offer additional support channels in the future.
7) Disclaimer (“as is”)
The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Plugin.
9) Changes to the Plugin or Terms
We may update the Plugin and these Terms over time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.
